• Burden: Do you have a burden or a calling to serve in the following position? Not simply because there's a need, but because He has placed a specific passion and gifting on your heart for the specific role.

• Bandwidth: Do you have the bandwidth to help build our church while working alongside a team that values flexibility, especially since many of us are juggling other jobs and responsibilities?
